Bob did a great job setting my tub for a bathroom remodel. He did the job in 1/2 the time expected. Not only that, he noticed that my toilet had a cracked flange and was able to replace the flange in the same visit. I've used Perfect Plumbing for all of my plumbing problems for about 5 years now and have never had a problem. They're professional, charge fair prices, and do excellent quality work. They go the extra mile to identify potential future issues and provide cost-effective solutions.

Called to have my hot water heater serviced at 9am and they were here working on it before I could get off the phone with Melissa, the office lady. Came in at 9:05, set the expectation of what was needed done, completed the job, CLEANED, and left! Exactly how every company should handle business. Was even able to schedule a service appointment for next year! Every service manager and employee was professional and pleasant to work with. Couldn’t recommend this company enough

Over the past years we always had good service with Perfect Plumbing. However, recently we were experiencing a v-e-r-y s-l-o-w drain in our downstairs shower that started to have symptoms around the beginning of the year. So we called in Perfect Plumbing, but $500 later they had snaked out a clump of hair and provided us with a snake's eye video, but the problem was unresolved. Their assessment was that repair would require tearing up the concrete floor to reach the obstruction. So we called a different outfit for a second opinion and they were able to clear the obstruction using a snake (maybe heavier duty one). So in summary, I would say that the PP folks may be fine for above-ground plumbing work, but I would not call them again for drain issues.

We had quite a bit of work done by Perfect Plumbing and I can't express how happy we've been with the service. They're a company you can trust to get it done and with integrity as well. We're customers for life. Thanks again!

I had perfect plumbing come to my home today to inspect a faucet leak, Eli the technician checked the faucet , between the 2 of us it was determined that the leak was coming from the top of sink and faucet, basically it needed to be sealed, he advised that i replace the faucet and quoted me $400+ , I decided not to except the offer ( seemed to high ) , he charged me $195 for just showing up and not even applying the sealing for charging me the amount he did. I called the office to find out if that's what they charge to show up and the lady Melissa mentioned to me yes that's what the technician charged me. I have had this company come out and perform work before and they normally have charged 40-60 dollars for an inspection visit, lesson learnt check prior to scheduling call and not trust. I will never use them again

Perfect Plumbing came out same day to replace the water heater and fix the pipes. Our plumber was Sam Northup. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He fixed all of the problems with the pipes and gave helpful tips on maintaining everything. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Perfect plumbing was referred to us and we had a great experience. Eli was super knowledgeable and completed the job without issue. Thanks again and we will be using them again in the future!
